Delivery and Returns

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your items within 2 working days, UK wide; you will receive an order note and updates at every stage of processing and shipping your order. You can also click and collect in Weybridge, for customers in Surrey.


Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your items. The maximum cost for shipping any order (10kg to 30kg) will be £9.99.

Orders above 30kg will be packaged in separate parcels and incur a separate shipping fee, to be communicated per order.

Non mainland orders are charged an additional £5 per 0-30kg box.


At ShopZuta, we appreciate that, while extremely unlikely, you might change your mind or simply not be happy about a product or item and want to return it to us.

We are happy to accept returns if made within 7 days of receipt for ZUTA GROCERIES. After 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer any exchanges/refunds for food.  Please also note that goods such as frozen and ambient food cannot be returned due to risk of contamination.

Items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as they were received, in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you as required.

Sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective goods

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item
