Delivery and Returns

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your items within 3 to 5 working days; you will receive an order note and updates at every stage of processing and shipping your order.

Where the item is sourced from a vendor outside the UK (in Africa), specific timescales will be communicated to you as soon as your order is received; delivery is usually no more than 15 working days.


Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your items. The maximum cost for shipping any order (10kg and above) will be £11.99 and the minimum, £3.99.


At Zuta, we appreciate that, while extremely unlikely, you might change your mind or simply not be happy about a product or item and want to return it to us.

We are happy to accept returns if made within 28 days of receipt for most items, and for ZUTA GROCERIES, within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer any exchanges/refunds for food. Returns and exchanges may be made on other items except for earrings, swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons. Please also note that goods such as frozen and ambient food cannot be returned due to risk of contamination. Skincare items can only be returned if unopened and unused.

Certain sellers on Zuta may also require that items cannot be returned after 7 days however, this will be specified per item.

Items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as they were received, in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you as required.

Sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective goods

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item
